is about coping with complexity. According to his point of view good management
brings a degree of order and consistence to key dimension like quality and
profitability of products.

Leadership
is mainly involves with directing and guiding of the team for ultimate goals
and motivating them with fullest support and coordination of the leader.

When
it comes to the management He is the structured person always focusing achieve
to specific goals and objectives within given time frame. He has subordinates
giving orders and instruction by using his authority. Manager is working with
the given frame work and he is not thinking out of the box to achieve their
goals.
According
to the characteristics and the behaviors of the leaders and managers whereby we
can see some similarities and differences as well.
Leaders
are willing to change they are more creatively think out of the box to achieved
ultimate goals while manages frame work is limited so that the innovations and
creativity is limited when compared with the leadership.
When
it comes to the conclusion the successful leader should have managerial skill as
well and to become good manager leadership role is essential. When it comes to
achieving goals and objectives there should be a good mix of both the qualities
and characteristics.
According
to my point of view Leaders can play managers role without much difficulties by
absorbing some technical skills and to become successful managers they have to
develop definitely leadership skills.
Even
though managers and Leaders ultimate target is to achieve specific goals and
objectives while managing the subordinates they are playing differently
according to their characters but achieving goals effectively and efficiency
mix of the both qualities are very important.
